A full breakfast is served daily. We offer our guests handmade creations, using the freshest ingredients while supporting local farmers and producers. Breakfast includes a featured scone of the day and starter of the day, and our gourmet entrée.
Corn Griddle Cakes
A savory take on the pancake – our griddle cakes get their sweetness from corn and a burst of fruit flavor from fresh blueberries and our own housemade blueberry syrup. Can a side be the star of a dish? In this case, absolutely! Our corncakes are served with brown sugar caramelized bacon - salty, sweet, and crispy.
Seeming to defy gravity, our ham cups are a complete breakfast in one neat little package. Ham cups filled with sautéed mushrooms and shallots, crème fraiche, and tarragon, topped with a baked egg.
Sausage Gravy with Smoked Cheddar Biscuits
Allan’s Tennessee-born and bred mother-in-law inspired his recipe for southern biscuits and sausage gravy. Fresh sausage and plenty of creamy gravy bathe his homemade cheddar biscuits in stick-to-your-ribs goodness.
Panko Poached Egg
This breakfast is an architectural feat and a sensation of tastes and textures. A crunch-coated poached egg is nestled on a bed of creamy baby spinach which sits atop Canadian bacon. The support structure for all this goodness is a cheesy grits cake.
Our fresh-made Belgian Waffles are served with warm local maple syrup, berry coulis, and fresh seasonal berries, all topped with a healthy (ahem) dollop of freshly whipped cream.
Baked golden brown, our classic quiche with gruyere, spinach and bacon is flaky, custardy, and quite simply magnifique! Our quiche is paired with a side of fresh seasonal fruit.
No wonder the French love them! Soft, warm and delicate crepes are filled with a mix of local farmer’s, ricotta, and cream cheeses topped with fresh berries.
Corned Beef Hash
A diner classic that we’ve spruced up using extra-lean brisket, redskinned potatoes and roasted red peppers. Our hash is no side dish, it’s a substantial meat and potatoes combination that is topped with a fried egg for good measure. Crunchy English muffins round out the plate.
